Why is this place the right one?

This duplex apartment is located in the famous port of Port d'Andratx in the municipality of Andratx in the southwest of Mallorca. Port d'Andratx is characterized by the unique natural harbor and has nowadays a functioning fishing fleet, so that in the evening the freshly caught fish can be purchased in the local fish hall. In recent years, the town has developed enormously, so that nowadays there is a variety of different gastronomy from simple to gourmet. In the town you can also find a variety of cafes, bars, boutiques, several supermarkets and a modern music club. Although there are some small beaches in Port d'Andratx, the larger sandy beaches are in the neighboring towns of Sant Elm and Camp de Mar, where there is the well-known golf club Golf Andratx. It is about 25 minutes to Palma de Mallorca and about 35 minutes to the airport by car.
